The latest album "Arcos, b o vedas, p o rticos" by TENUE from Galicia, Spain, the serious guys who continue neoclast in this 2020s, will be released on CD in Japan in 2024 from 3LA. The release of their last album "Territorios," a 30-minute epic with one song that has the same kind of smell as Ictus' masterpiece "Imperivm," which hails from the same region and has gone down in history as a neoclast masterpiece, was a few years ago, and TENUE's current location is at an even more challenging edge than that. While the main focus of the sound is a fusion of neoclassical and intense hardcore emotions, parts of the songs expand into indie rock and ambient territory, and even include trumpet and acoustic guitar, giving the work a very broad range of sounds. The result is a work that is both TENUE's best work and one of the most challenging and appealing neoclassical and hardcore works to be released in 2024.
