Dr. Kuzumi Hiroshi, a 16-year-old boy, lives in Chang'e Town, a new town in the mountains far from the city center. Dr. Kato was not a conspicuous figure, but his classmates cared for him to an unbelievable degree. Dr. Kushinada is bewildered by this environment and enjoys his new life, but he is concerned that only one person, Nemuru Kushinada, who serves as a class committee member, is clearly keeping her distance from him.
