In commemoration of the 40th anniversary of "Mobile Suit Gundam," the "Space Century Gundam" series is now available as "U.C. Gundam Blu-ray Libraries" at a special price in a unified package design that enhances collectability. The Blu-ray includes Japanese, English, and Chinese (Taiwanese, Hong Kong, and simplified Chinese) subtitles. The Blu-ray booklet and other materials previously released have been carefully selected and included as a digital archive. Included is "Mobile Suit Gundam: The Chronicle U.C.," a video special feature that reconstructs all the footage from the series depicting the cosmic century, including new parts that transcend the boundaries of the works. The legendary work that caused a social phenomenon when it was screened nationwide from March 1981 to March 1982 at Shochiku theaters. 43 episodes of the TV series were reconstructed with new cuts and compiled into a three-part film (year of release). (Year of release): March 14, 1981: Mobile Suit Gundam; July 11, 1981: Mobile Suit Gundam: Ai Warrior Arc; July 11, 1981: Mobile Suit Gundam: The Last Warrior Arc.Released on March 13, 1982 : Mobile Suit Gundam: Meguri Ai Uchu Hen. This product contains the original audio from the 1981-1982 theatrical release and has not been arranged in any way. Also, the 5.1ch audio of the special edition released on December 21, 2000 is not included.
