This work was released in 2016 by KALAN, the headquarter of Turkish traditional music, and has been highly popular as an import. Rice Records has decided to distribute this hidden masterpiece in Japan. The subtitle of the album is "Rumeli and Balkan Folk Songs," which refers to the southern Balkan region under the Ottoman Empire. The repertoire includes gypsy and brass music from Macedonia, Bosnia, Albania, and other Balkan countries, as well as folk songs from Anatolia. It took three years to complete this diverse repertoire with a large group of musicians. The main attraction of the concert is the variety of musical styles from the Balkans and Anatolia, which can be enjoyed with the excellent group accompaniment and the singing voice of Gamze, who is a highly skilled singer.
