The orthodox Viennese pianist, Wallisch! The fourth volume is Haydn's Piano Sonata! Gottlieb Wallisch, born in Vienna in 1978, is a child prodigy of our time, who was admitted to the prestigious University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna at the age of just six. In the series of Mozart recordings such as "Mozart in Vienna" (CKD 352), "Mozart, Paris and Vienna" (CKD 407), and "Piano Concertos for Chamber Music" (CKD 424), Wallisch has presented an elegant performance of the Viennese orthodoxy. The next stage is the "London Sonatas," four piano sonatas composed during Haydn's visit to London, where he created many masterpieces including the "London Symphony. Valisch began her career at the 1995 Stravinsky International Piano Competition (Stravinsky Prize), where she won the "Haydn Prize" as well as the first prize.In 2009, the bicentennial year of Haydn's death, he gave a concert series at the Musikverein in Vienna, and in 2012, Gottlieb Wallisch joined the "Steinway Artists" program. With a pianism rooted in the Viennese tradition and Linn Records' ultra-high quality recordings, he will perform Haydn's piano sonatas from the last years of his life. Tokyo M-Plus
