The maestro Sukrovaczewski sadly passed away in February 2017. His appointment as Permanent Conductor of the Yomiuri Nippon Symphony Orchestra was a shocking event for Japanese fans. The Brahms symphony series, which was launched to commemorate his appointment, created the very sound of authentic German music, and the audience went into a frenzy. This time, all four symphonies are released on UHQCD.
