P-MODEL, led by Susumu Hirasawa, who debuted in the same year and became a central figure in the techno-pop/new wave scene, released an album in 1986 on the new label "EDGE" established by ALFA RECORDS (the name at that time), which has been reissued with the latest digital remastering and Blu-spec CD2. The album is re-released on the latest digital remastering and Blu-spec CD2 format. ONE PATTERN" is the band's seventh album, recorded by Susumu Hirasawa (Vo, Key, G), Teruo Nakano (B, Key, Vo), Yasuhiro Araki (Dr, Gong Bass, Perc), and Yoshikazu Takahashi (Systems), with all new members since their last album "KARKADOR". Recorded by Susumu Hirasawa (vocals), Yasuhiro Araki (drums, bass, perc), and Yoshikazu Takahashi (systems), this is the culmination of P-MODEL's work in the 1980s and a solitary masterpiece that explores the evolution of techno-pop in its most upper-class appeal. The album also includes "Zebra," which features Susumu Hirasawa's impressive, elongated vocals, and a song by new member Teruo Nakano, breaking new ground.
