The band, Angels and Airwaves, led by Tom DeLong, formerly of blink-182, has completed their latest studio album, "LIFEFORMS," their first in seven years, and it is now available on analog vinyl! The album, which premiered in space, is now finally being delivered to the earth...! This album is a journey for me, showing different relationships, different perspectives, and the different paths we are all on in life, Angels and Airwaves. The band has released five studio albums to date, charting with hits like "The Adventure," "The War," "Everything's Magic," and "Rebel Girl," and their last album, 2014's THE DREAM WALKER, was a top alternative album in the U.S. Their last album, "The Dream Walker," released in 2014, debuted at No. 5 on the U.S. Top Alternative Albums chart and No. 1 on the iTunes store, making them an extremely popular multimedia rock band in the punk rock/alternative rock scene. The band, whose punkish and spacy sound and exhilarating melody lines with full-throated positivity have been driving fans around the world crazy, has completed their latest album "LIFEFORMS," their first album in seven years! The long-awaited announcement of this latest release was made before the Earth, as the band partnered with Sent Into Space to launch a renewable hydrogen capsule into space, where they premiered the songs from their latest release.This latest work, which was released in a bizarre and stunning way, in the full throttle of Tom DeLong's character as a UFO researcher, will finally be delivered to the earth this September...! The plan was to first tour from late 2019 to 2020 and release an album in 2020, but due to the pandemic that hit the world, the entire schedule had to be rearranged. In 2021, the band released "Euphoria" in May, followed by the release of another single, "Restless Souls," in June, bringing information about this long-awaited album to the universe and the world. The "Restless Souls" single was released in May. The song "Restless Souls" was written as a letter to humanity from God's perspective about the trials of life and the need for humans to show resilience. Tom commented on the song: "In many ways, this song is a letter from God to mankind. Life is like looking for a way to inspire us, to clarify a problem, and to teach us a lesson when things get more difficult. For me, this album is a journey through different relationships, different perspectives, and different paths we can take in our lives.
