That You Not Dare To Forget," the first newly recorded studio album by Miles Electric Band (formerly Miles Electric Band), is the latest album by M.E.B., the dream all-star band that continues in the footsteps of Miles Davis. (M.E.B. (formerly Miles Electric Band) is an all-star ensemble of Miles Davis and his musical influences. Ron Carter, Stanley Clarke, Marcus Miller, John Scofield, and Vernon Reed are among the credits, and the last recordings of the late Wallace Rooney (trumpet) and Bernard Wright (keyboards) are also included. Two of the album's five tracks, "Hail to the Real Chief (Long Version)" and "Bitches Are Back," contain previously unreleased Miles material.Produced by Vince Wilburn, Jr. a nephew of Miles who has performed with him, and Lenny White, who has performed with Miles since he was 19 years old. The cover artwork was written by Michael Elam, an Afrofuturist painter who served as Miles' personal assistant from October 1987 until his death in September 1991. The first single from the album, "Bitches Are Back," features a mix of previously unreleased Miles material on the track, with Ron Carter, Vince Wilburn Jr. (drums) and Lenny White (drums) sampling NAS's "Bridging the Gap."
