The album contains six songs from a variety of genres, including the title track "Whiplash," and is filled with aespa's unique characteristics. aespa has been the longest-running and most popular music distribution site in Korea since the launch of its first full album "Armageddon" in May 2024, with the title track "Supernova," which was released on the major Korean music distribution site Melon. The song "Supernova", the title track of the first full album "Armageddon", was released in May 2024, and recorded a new record for the longest period of time at No. 1 on Melon, Korea's main music distribution site, after 20 years of service, and caused an explosive syndrome with its record-breaking performance, so expectations are high for the new album. The group is currently on its second world tour, "2024 aespa LIVE TOUR - SYNK:PARALLEL LINE -.
