The third volume of the popular chamber music arrangement series "Music of the Private Performance Society"! Schoenberg's "Private Performing Societies" arranged symphonies and orchestral works into chamber music and performed them. The third volume in this interesting and much talked-about series features orchestral songs by Zemlinsky, Berg, and Schoenberg arranged for chamber orchestra. Henk Guitart, a specialist of the New Viennese Music School who founded the Schoenberg Ensemble and participated in many recordings as a violist of the Schoenberg Quartet, conducts and revises and rearranges the entire work. Together with Gruppo Montebello, Guitart's ensemble project, the orchestra will recreate a 20th century Viennese concert in the present day. The performance of Schoenberg's "Six Lieder" (recorded live in 2015) will also feature members of the Schumann Quartet, the Schumann Three Brothers and Lisa Randall, who also gave a well-received performance in Japan in June 2017.
