The definitive singles collection is now available in a 23x7" heavy vinyl box! From the debut single "LOVE ME DO / P.S. I LOVE YOU" in 1962 to the last single "LET IT BE / YOU KNOW MY NAME (LOOK UP THE NUMBER)" in 1970, this collection contains 22 singles released by the BEATLES in the UK from 1962 to 1970. The box contains 22 singles (29 of 44 songs were not included in the UK albums at the time), and also includes the double A-side single "FREE AS A BIRD / REAL LOVE", which is a newly discovered song from the 1990s. As UK singles in the 60's rarely came with picture sleeves, this box includes picture sleeves from Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Chile, Denmark, France, Greece, Holland, Israel, Italy, and Japan ("*The Beatles First single of '68! *" or "Lady Madonna / The Inner Light"), Mexico, Norway, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, the United Kingdom, the United States, and West Germany, and reproductions of the first single from around the world were used. The latest remastered material was mastered and re-cut from the original mono or stereo master tapes by ABBEY ROAD STUDIOS engineer SEAN MCGEE.
