Description:

After the departure of Large Professor, Mikey D. joined as a new MC, and Main Source, which had restarted with a new MC, released their second album "Fuck What You Think" in 1998, which was scheduled to be released on Wild Pitch in 1994, but for various reasons it went to the occlusion. The second album, "Fuck What You Think"! This is the first domestic release of the album with bonus tracks, along with the 25th anniversary edition of "Breaking Atoms". After Professor Raj left the band midway through the production of the follow-up to the first album "Breaking Atoms," Main Source, the remaining members K. Kat and Sir Scratch released "I Get Rough," produced by Professor Raj's mentor, Paul C. (deceased), and other releases. The group has been resurrected as a hardcore group as if they were aware of the trend of the New York hardcore scene that was dominated by the debut of Nas and Wu-Tang Clan. After the success of "What You Think," the group released the album "Fuck What You Think" under the same wild pitch as the first album. The completion of the album was widely reported, but this time Mikey D left the band, and the album was put in the "okura" category and passed down as a phantom album...(*After Main Source broke up, it was abruptly released in 1998).This is the first domestic release of such a controversial (yet great!) album with bonus tracks, along with the 25th anniversary edition of "Breaking Atoms"! This is the first domestic release of such a well-known (but still great!) album, with additional bonus tracks, along with the 25th anniversary edition of "Breaking Atoms"! Despite its hardcore incarnation, the funky sampling sound reminiscent of the "Breaking Atoms" era is still present, led by M1 "Diary Of A Hit Man", while M3 "What You Need" (sampled by Madonna in "Human Nature" (1995)) and M4 "The Rocks" (later sampled by the Rocks in "The Rocks") are also included. The album also features a hot posse cut M10 "Set It Off" featuring Jadakiss and Sheik Rouch, who would later make their debut as Rocks with Bad Boy. Fuck What You Think" has not been talked about as much as "Breaking Atoms", but it is a masterpiece in a different vein from "Breaking Atoms". This reissue includes "Without Breakin It Down" and "Got'm Say'n Hey" (produced by Large Professor!) released under the name Mikey D as bonus tracks. produced by Large Professor!
