Mazinger Z", the root of "Giant Robot Animation", one of the greatest legends in the history of Japanese animation, is revived as "Mazinger Z / INFINITY", the legitimate successor to the legend, to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the artist Go Nagai and more than 40 years after "Great Mazinger" was broadcast and serialized. The series boasts worldwide popularity, starting with Europe, and was released in Japan in January 2018, recording a blockbuster hit! The powerful staff team will create a new legend! A new "Mazinger Z" legend by Toei Animation is born! The film is directed by Junji Shimizu, written by Takahiro Ozawa, who is also famous as the original writer and director of the manga artist unit "Ume", and features character design by Hiroya Iijima, who has worked on numerous TV and film animations, and mechanical design by Takayuki Yanase! The voices of the characters will be provided by a team of top-notch voice actors!The main character, Kouji Kabuto, is played by the talented voice actor Shotaro Morikubo, and one of the two main heroines, Sayaka Yumi, is played by Ai Chino! The other heroine, Lisa, will be played by Uesaka Sumire, the most popular young female voice actress. Other voice actors include Toshihiko Seki, Ami Koshimizu, Natsuki Hanae, Wataru Takagi, Unsho Ishizuka, Keiji Fujiwara, and Pakuromi [Pakuromi]. Two members of "Okazu Club" will join the "Mazin Girls," a group of beautiful girls who are in charge of advertising and publicity in the film. The variety of casting is not to be missed!
