The Brazilian guitarist Fabiano do Nascimento, active in the LA scene with Sam Gendell and others, has further advanced his musicality with a spatial sound with deep echoes of haze, fingerpicked guitars of superb skill, and songs. The use of cassette and analog tapes for recording, as well as delays, reverbs, and other processes, create a magnetic field that seems to distort space-time, yet the songwriting, rooted in tradition, succeeds in creating a supernatural sound world.
