The freshness of the sound is different! This is the first hybrid SACD release with the latest DSD mastering of the best of Teresa Teng's 36 songs released in 2006, including "月亮代表我的心", "甜蜜蜜", "小城故事", "我只在乎イ尓", etc., which represent her singing in Chinese. The SACD layer contains the latest DSD sound sources that were transferred flat without any equalization or compression, going back to the original analog masters for each track (except for some tracks). The CD layer also contains the latest remastered sound sources converted from the above DSD to 16bit/44.1kHz PCM. Although the detail is not as good as the SACD, you can still hear the natural and rich dynamic range of the master sound when playing the CD on an ordinary CD player.
