This is the second special project by Wink, celebrating the 30th anniversary of their debut. All 15 titles released from their debut album in 1988 to 1995, which are currently hard to find, will be remastered from the original masters and released as high-quality UHQCDs, just like the EPs. This is the 8th album released the month after Sachiko Suzuki's solo work "Mode". The month after the release of this album, Shoko Aida released her solo work "Delphinium". The two vocalists, who worked on their solo works simultaneously, are tough and bewitching. 7 of the 10 songs have lyrics and arrangements by Neko Oikawa and Satoshi Kadokura, respectively, and the Wink sound is as strong as ever. A cool cover arrangement of KC & The Sunshine Band's disco tune "Foggy Paradise-That's The Way. The opening track, "Frou-Frou," is a cover of the Stories' U.S. No. 1 song "Brother Louie" (1973).
