The frontman from Sainte, France, has an extraordinary pop sensibility and has been a touring member of Camera Obscura,François Marie and the band's dynamic performance have borne fruit in this substantial work! The French/English song transcends national borders and incorporates the essence of the Middle East in this genre-less indie-pop album. Recorded at Owen Pallett's home studio in LA and Jet Studios in Brussels, the album was produced by Ash Workman, who has also worked with Metrobomy and Christine and the Queens.
