Wild instrumentals by the Muscle Shoals guitarist from his early career! Travis Womack is best known as a session guitarist at Muscle Shoals and Fame Studios, but he was also a fast-paced guitarist who recorded "Scratchy" at the age of 17, which reached #80 in the U.S. He recorded the rockabilly "Rock & Roll This collection features his garage-inspired singles from 1957's rockabilly "Rock & Roll Blues" (recorded at age 11) to 1967's wild instrumental "Night Train," as well as his session guitar work at Sonic Studios in Memphis.
