In 2004, the New National Theatre of Japan reconstructed and performed "The Ring" for children, which was very well received, and the Vienna State Opera presented it in 2007. The Vienna State Opera presented it in 2007, followed by another production at the Zurich Opera House, and in 2008, the Vienna version made a triumphant return to the New National Theatre.
