This is the debut album in Japan by the Swedish melodic rock band Alicate. Alicate was formed in the late 80's by lead vocalist and guitarist Jonas Eriksson and bassist Fredrik Ekberg. After releasing a 7" single that is now a collector's item, the band went on hiatus in 1992 to support Ian Gillan on tour, but reformed in 2006 and began working on new material, releasing their first full-length album "World Of Anger" in 2009 ( not yet released in Japan) in 2009. That same year, they performed at the Swedish Rock Festival, which was a success. The success of this album and the popularity of their concerts led to the release of their second album "Free Falling" (not released in Japan), their third album "Unforgiven To Be Forgiven" (not released in Japan), and their fourth album "Butterfly" (not released in Japan) in succession in 2013.Jonas' songwriting ability has become a topic of conversation, and he has made a name for himself as a track maker in the melodic rock world, having written songs for Giant, a band well-known to melodic rock fans, and Skills, which features Billy Sheen. Their latest album, "Heaven Tonight," is an album that will make melodic rock fans roar with their talent, adding more hooks to their more melodic songs!
