Chicago-based composer Angel Bat David's latest work! Featuring Marshall Allen and Knoll Scott of the Sun Ra Arkestra! Composer, clarinetist, and singer Angel Bat David releases his latest work on Chicago label International Anthem! This work is a 12-movement suite composed and arranged by Angel Bat-Dawid, and the title was inspired by a line from Edward O. Brand's 1959 film "The Cry of Jazz. "The 23rd track, "Lux Aeterna-Eternal Light," is features Marshall Allen and Knoll Scott of the Sun Ra Arkestra. With liner notes by South African author Nombuso Mathibela, artwork by Damon Locks, and a fold-out poster designed by Jeremiah Chiu.
