The album consists of Chopin's greatest masterpieces and most musically challenging pieces, "24 Preludes" and "Fantasy Polonaise," which are inscribed with the flight of Chopin's fantasy, and has received rave reviews in various publications, including a special selection in "Record Geijutsu" magazine. 2009 RCA debut disc "Night Thoughts (This album is a return to the Chopin works that have been Kawamura's trademark since his RCA debut disc "Notturno" in 2009, and is a fulfilling album that brings together the determination and passion of Kawamura, who says, "Now that I have performed these works many times in concert and my interpretation of them has matured, I really want to preserve them as a recording. The album is full of the interesting points of view of Naoko Kawamura, who has taken Chopin's works to a new level through the "Chopin Project" held at Art Tower Mito from November 2014 to November 2016, and is now taking her music to the next level.Kawamura said of the "24 Preludes": "It is a difficult task to unite these 24 pieces, which are written in various forms, but I consider the 24 Preludes as a diary. I think of the 24 Preludes as a diary, in which Chopin himself expresses as notes what he felt, thought, happened, and saw on that particular day. All 24 pieces are small pieces with unique brilliance. They range from pieces of a few bars to relatively large pieces that take five or six minutes to play. I have always admired No. 3 in G major. I imagine it to be like a breeze passing by, extremely enjoyable, and I love to move around because I am so light and I love to move around. In No. 17 in A-flat major, I love the part on the last page where the bass note in A-flat rings 11 times like a big church bell. The transition from No. 14 in E flat minor to No. 15 in D flat major is exquisite. After the stormy No. 14, which is like a terrible storm of nature, comes the "raindrop" No. 15, which makes us feel the warmth of the sun.Sony Music Inc.
