"Cellophane Memories," born from a mystical fusion, is released.The origin of Chrystabell and David Lynch's album "Cellophane Memories" is a nighttime vision David had while taking a walk in a forest with tall trees. He was walking through a forest of tall trees at night and had a vision. He saw a bright light above the trees. According to his recollection, the light became a song in Chrystabell's voice and revealed a secret to him. From this mystical fusion of light and sound, day and night, starry sky and black forest, Chrystabell and David Lynch's collaboration began. The work of these two suburbanites has always represented life outside the center of the world. The Texas-born singer's voice is inspired by sultry Southern breezes and daydreams of forest clearing. The Montana-born filmmaker's eyes are like flickering projectors in the darkness of the forest.The two previously produced two records and collaborated on "Twin Peaks: The Return" (in which Chrystabell played the role of Agent Tammy Preston). In Cellophane Memories, the two traveled through different portals, and in Chrystabell's words, the album "has a lot of open doors to wonder, to wander, to be swept away. Like much of Chrystabell and David Lynch's past work, Cellophane Memories returns us to the question, "What is mystery? To experience this album is to see the first faint glimmer of a mystery that occurred long ago in a midnight forest, to hear a voice inspiring the return of love from the darkness.
