Brad Meldor not only expands the musical vocabulary of jazz, but also probes a unique style that modernizes the music of jazz. Brad Meldor is one of the leading jazz pianists of the new century, and has been praised by many artists and musicians across genres.In 2021, he collaborated with the Orpheus Chamber Orchestra to create a work that blends classical compositions with jazz harmonies; in 2022, a work that expresses his musical inspiration from progressive rock; in 2023, a work that expresses his unique interpretation of the Beatles' music; and in 2024, a work that sublimates the classical greats Bach and Faure into jazz. In 2023, he will release a work expressing his own interpretation of The Beatles' music, and in 2024, a work sublimating the works of Bach and Fauré, two great classical composers, into jazz. This time, he presents "RIDE INTO THE SUN," a songbook-like work in which he interprets the songs of the late Elliott Smith, a highly popular singer/songwriter and guitarist, in his own way, while retaining the essence of the songs themselves and using Brad's own style of expression.
