Second Prize at the Leeds International Piano Competition! Mario Hering, one of Germany's hottest young talents! Mario Hering was born in Germany in 1989 to a Japanese mother and German father, both violinists. He won first prize at the Steinway International Competition and the German Youth Competition, and made his debut with the Berlin Symphony Orchestra and the Berlin Philharmonic in 2003. In 2018, she won the second prize and the Yalta Menuhin Prize at the famously difficult Leeds International Piano Competition, catapulting her to the forefront of young pianists. Debussy's music has been with me since I was a child. Mario Hering's collection of Debussy's piano works. The Bechstein's delicate tone expresses the refined colors of Debussy's music and the sound of Asian music, which is related to Mario Hering's own roots. Tokyo M-Plus
