Unlike WAONCD-330 "Four Seasons: Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter" by Ichiro Hirano (which won the 2015 Keizo Saji Award for the performance of this work and others), which uses special vocalization and body percussion to reproduce voices and sounds filled with nature, this time we have selected works with words to be performed. ≪The work "Jasumon, Mahasai" is based on a mono-opera of "Jasumon" by Kitahara Hakushu, a work that had fascinated Ichiro Hirano since he was 14 years old. Originally, the work consisted of 6 chapters, 15 instruments, a conductor, and voices (the work requires a variety of vocalizations, which are roughly classified into 6 levels, such as vowel singing, singing, recitation, and recitation).
