Since then, her expressive and dramatic voice has earned her steady popularity on stage, in films, and as a singer. She had many hit songs, including "Remember," "A Star Is Born," "No More Tears," and "Woman in Love," and at the end of the 1970s was considered the most successful female singer in the U.S. She won an Academy Award, a Golden Globe Award, and an Academy Award for Best Female Singer. She is a superstar who has won numerous Academy Awards, Golden Globe Awards, and Grammy Awards. This album was co-produced by Barbra Foster, Grammy Award-winning producer David Foster, and Bill Ross (arranger of "My Heart Will Go On"), and was recorded live in the studio with a full 90-piece orchestra. This is a gorgeous album.In addition to several traditional Christmas songs, the album features original compositions by such major composers as Alan and Marilyn Bergman, who are also well-known for Barbra's 1974 hit "The Way We Were," Stephen Sondheim, Johnny Mandel, and Don Costa. who are well known for "The Way We Were", Stephen Sondheim, Johnny Mandel, and Don Costa, all wrote original songs for the album.
