Based on the popular fantasy light novel "Sugar Apple Fairy Tale" currently being published by Kadokawa Beans Bunko! A TV anime adaptation was announced for 2021, the 20th anniversary of Kadokawa Beans Bunko's first publication, and a comic book adaptation will also begin in the monthly "Young Ace" magazine! In a world where humans use fairies as messengers and sugar confections are believed to bring good luck, a young girl, who has followed in her late mother's footsteps, is a young girl with a mysterious past. Anne decides to follow in her late mother's footsteps and become a "Silver Sugar Master," a special sugar confectioner who makes sacred sugar confections, and hires a warrior fairy, Char, and heads for the royal capital. What is the future that Anne, a human, and Char, a fairy, weave together while overcoming difficult circumstances? Finally, the TV animation will start airing in January 2023! A beautiful fairy tale by the talented staff who have worked on many high-profile productions! Directed by Yohei Suzuki, who worked on "Maiko-sanchi no Makanai-san" and "Planet Wiz", series composition by Seishi Mizukami, who worked on "Toaru Kagaku no Railgun S" and "Vatican Miracle Investigator", character design by Seiji Iizuka, who worked on "Josee, Tiger and Fish" and "Ansamburu Stars! and "Ansamburu Stars! J.C.STAFF, which has produced high quality images that are in line with the world of the works such as "Funeral Arrangement of the Rose King" and "It's Wrong to Seek Encounters in Dungeons" series, will be in charge of animation production! The young and talented voice actors will express the emotions of the characters in detail! Yuzuka Nukui (Higiri in "Kunoichi Tsubaki no Mune no Nai") plays Anne, the main character who aspires to follow in her late mother's footsteps and become a silver sugar maker, and Masaaki Mizunaka (Sho Ryuzono in "Welcome to the Classroom of the Supreme Performance") passionately plays Char, a warrior fairy hired to protect her. Mithril Lid Pod, a fairy who becomes Anne's good friend, is played by Takahashi Riie as Emilia from "Re:Zero kara Hajimari no Isekai Seikatsu", and Tomoaki Maeno as Camus from "Uta no Prince-sama" plays Hugh, a mysterious man who wants to test Anne's skills as a craftsman!
