Tenor saxophonist Junji Hirose and guitarist Kazuo Imai, both born in 1955, are two of Japan's leading improvisers living in Tokyo. Both have been leading the Japanese improvised music scene for many years and continue to perform energetically. Junji Hirose and Kazuo Imai's collaboration CD, "Be Quiet! A year later, a new duo album featuring Hirose (tenor saxophone) and Imai (electric guitar) was released, this time at "Ftarri" in Tokyo on December 21, 2021. The album contains two songs of less than 30 minutes each. The two musicians play two songs of less than 30 minutes each, and you will be overwhelmed by their passionate and intense performance!
