This series is a compilation of songs selected by Sandy, a leading Hawaiian singer in Japan, under the theme of "returning to your true and gentle self. In addition to exercise, this series has been widely popular as a compilation of songs that can be easily enjoyed as authentic Hawaiian music. The latest compilation of the original "HULA HULA" program, which started in 2009, contains an unprecedented total of 12 songs (previously, mainly 8 songs), aside from the previous 2-disc set. The album also includes a new song, "Wah Yer Oe... I'm Thinking of You...," with floating electric steel guitar by Yuki Yamauchi 'Alani, one of Japan's leading Hawaiian musicians, and Sandy's lush voice, as well as other popular main numbers from the past.
