Walker is an Oklahoma-born guitar maestro with a career spanning more than 60 years, performing with artists ranging from the Jackson 5, Marvin Gaye, and Carole King to Dr. Dre. His third solo album is one of the most unique in his discography with its funky psychedelic soul. The laid-back mellowness of "Lay Lady Lay" (Bob Dylan) is a masterpiece full of euphoria that leads to his later ode recordings.
