The first installment of the "Insight" series began as a four-song EP, recorded in just one hour at the request of family and friends, and the EP was so well received that he improvised and recorded other pieces to make a full album. Like his masterpiece "Insight II," this is a noble solo piano work that is too delicate, like a combination of Goldmund's "Corduroy Road" and Nils Frahm's "Wintermusik," two solo piano masterpieces remastered by Ian Hawgood.
