Formed in London in 1970 by Jerry Beckley, Dewey Bunnell, and Dan Peek, the group made its debut in 1971 and quickly gained attention with the single "Nameless Horse," which reached number one in the United States in 1972. The band has since produced numerous hit songs and continues to be loved around the world for their beautiful harmonies, brilliant melodies, and honest lyrics, and to commemorate their 50th anniversary, they are presenting an anthology that looks at their entire career! This is "50TH ANNIVERSARY: THE HITS," which condenses their 50-year career into a single CD with a total of 16 songs, mainly hit songs. It includes their biggest hits such as "A Horse with No Name," "Sister Golden Hair," "Ventura Highway," "Tin Man," and "Lonely People," as well as their 1982 hit "You Can Do Magic.
