Hinata-kun, have you heard of Strawberry Moon?" In the spring of her first year of high school, Moe, who had been told she had only six months to live, fell in love with the love of her life. Moe Sakurai has been sickly and weak since she was a child, unable to attend school, and spends her days at home alone with no friends. Her secret dream was to see the "Strawberry Moon," the full moon in June, on her birthday, which is said to bring her and the person she loves together forever. However, in the winter of her 15th year, Moe was finally told that she had very little time left to live. On the way home from the hospital, she and her family were filled with grief, and Moe found "the one" and decided to attend high school. On the day of the entrance ceremony, she suddenly confesses her love to Hinata Sato, a classmate in the same class, even though they have never met before! Moe's fierce approach leads to the start of their first "relationship" in their lives. Having a "girlfriend" for the first time, the two gradually grow closer to each other, and finally on June 4, Moe's birthday, they go to see the "Strawberry Moon". However, after that day, Moe disappears from school, and Hinata is unable to contact Moe... What is the reason for Moe's disappearance and the secret that arrives 13 years later?
