Miho Nakayama's 9th studio album released in September 1989 is now available for the first time in the world as a SACD hybrid, sold exclusively at Tower Records. Latest remastering in 2023 from the original analog master tape. The album underwent a state-of-the-art mastering process under the supervision of Stereo Sound Inc. to reproduce the sound of the original recording more realistically. The charm of the artist Miho Nakayama and the advanced and extravagant sound quality of the top creators on the original master tapes have been brought out to the fullest extent in this rich SACD HB experience! The album features songs from CINDY arranged by Yuji Toriyama, a key artist duo in Miho Nakayama's work, songs from Anri Project sound produced by Anri and arranged by Taiji Ogura, and Adult & Urban Contemporary arranged by Shingo Kobayashi, one of the brains behind Toshio Kadomatsu's productions. The composition is a succession of adult and urban contemporary songs arranged by Shingo Kobayashi, one of the brains behind Toshio Kadomatsu's productions. This is a masterpiece album by artist Miho Nakayama, who once again ranked No. 1 on the Oricon Album Chart for her stoic attitude, not unlike that of an idol singer, to update the latest Western culture and sublimate it into a hit song.The song was also used in a HITACHI TVCM starring Miho Nakayama, and was composed by CINDY and arranged by Yuji Toriyama for the new jack swing song "Destiny". The theme song "Virgin Eyes" was also provided by Anri. The songs include "Virgin Eyes (Edit Version)," the theme song of the movie "Which Way, Which Way" starring Miho Nakayama, "Stardust Lovers" provided by Anri, "Island Blue" written by Miho Nakayama with lyrics by Keizo Nakanishi, "Split Love" written by Miho Nakayama and later covered by Toshio Kadomatsu himself, and the popular song "Split Love" written by Toshio Kadomatsu with lyrics by Toshio Kadomatsu. Also included is "You're My Only Shinin' Star (Present From Miho)" (arranged by Kazuo Otani), a popular song composed by Toshio Tsunomatsu himself, which he later covered himself, and newly recorded with a simple piano and strings backing.(Original release: September 5, 1989/King Records/256R-20/ 292A 50)As a bonus track, the single "ROSECOLOR," arranged by Yuji Toriyama and released in February 1989, was used as the TV commercial song for the Shiseido '89 spring campaign featuring Miho Nakayama, and was later self-covered by CINDY. The coupling, "YOU AND I," a high-energy electric boogie with lyrics by CINDY and composed by Greg Moore of ROY AYER & UBIQUITY, was released in February 1989 as an advance single, sound produced by the Anri Project. The album also includes "Virgin Eyes" (single version), the coupling song "Sanctuary", and instrumentals of those songs. (1/2)
