The series composition and screenplay will be written by Oikawa Kei, who also worked on the scenario for "I knew my coming-of-age romantic comedy was wrong. The character design and chief animation director is Kanetoshi Kamimoto of "Dare ga Shigatsu" fame! A strong staff team with a lot of love for the original work has gathered! The hero and heroines are voiced by popular young and fresh voice actors!The duo of stars features a fresh duo: new voice actress Takako Tanaka as the psychic girl Hina and popular young voice actor Yoshiki Nakajima as the intellectual yakuza Nitta! In addition, Rie Murakawa plays Anzu, a homeless girl sent by the organization to dispose of Hina, and Kaede Motowatari plays Hitomi, a junior high school bartender who is Hina's classmate and has a tendency to get caught up in things.
