Starting with Teddy Randazzo's classic M1 and Linda Ronstadt's well-known hit, followed by the light-hearted Bacharach song M2 and the classic M4, the album is a solid set up. The perfect assortment includes M5 by Barry Mann & Cynthia Weil, M7, a great Beatles cover, M8 by the Supremes, and M9, a fun, contemporary tune. Bonus tracks included five songs from an album released the same year (1969). The selection was rich in variety, including Jim Webb's M11, a Mamas & Papas classic M13, M14, a superb cover and medley format, and M15, a cover of a movie theme song. Includes obi commentary.
