The long-awaited second full-length album in four years from up-and-coming musician Yoshiharu Takeda, an up-and-coming composer/arranger/keyboardist and music selector living in Tokyo whose first album "Aspiration" released in 2018 was praised by Calm and Kaoru Inoue.After hearing the album, Soichiro Suzuki (World Standard) fell in love with his talent and offered to produce a new album on his own label, Stella. 4 years in the making, this album beautifully expresses the wildness hidden behind sophistication and the movement contained within stillness. The sound world that only Yoshiharu Takeda can create has been further deepened. Continuing from the previous album, Yoshiharu Takeda played/programmed/multi-recorded all the instruments himself to complete this album. The overlapping soft-touch piano and shimmering electric piano are reminiscent of Bill Evans' "From Left To Right," and are organically linked with clarinets and cellos from various backgrounds ranging from jazz to South American and Asian music, creating a chamber music-like ensemble that immerses the listener's mind. The mysterious sound of the pedal steel traces the contours of the delicately constructed chord voicings, while the drums and percussion create a slow waltz-like flow with their understated yet effective rhythmic arrangements. All of them are imbued with subtle nuance and create a one-of-a-kind soundscape with shades of fine detail, like the surface of flowing water.While retaining the stateless, fantastical charm of his previous work "Aspiration," which was greeted with great acclaim by fans of jazz, world music, new age, and ambient music, the sound world has been further deepened, and the music beautifully expresses the wildness that lurks behind sophistication and the movement that stillness encompasses. The detailed and delicate sound construction by the artist himself is enhanced in depth and delicacy on the analog disc, and the sound echoes delicately. Following the previous album, a leaflet printed with the music scores and lead sheets of the recorded songs (except for the cover song (5)) is enclosed.
