The Chinese name of ANTHELION is "Genshi" (meaning "visionary sun" in Chinese). The band's overwhelming power and aggression, beautiful and sad piano melodies, dramatic string music, and intense yet sorrowful sound are their charm. The Chinese name of ANTHELION is "Genshi," which in ancient China refers to a natural phenomenon that is said to be an omen of great upheaval and bad luck. Formed in 2001, the band released its first single "Bloodstained Anthelion" in 2004. In 2007, they released their first album "Bloodshed Rebefallen" produced at "Studio Fredman" in Sweden, and toured Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, Kyoto, and Kobe in Japan, and were invited to music festivals in Bangkok and Singapore. In August 2010, he released the single "Manjusaka," an ethereal and dramatic work that would serve as the basis for this album. The following year, in 2011, the band toured 3000km in 10 concerts in mainland China.Then, in 2012, they started work on this work, and after two years, this work, "Obsidian Plume Black Feather," was released to the world in 2014!
