"THEBLAZE"—a project currently attracting massive global attention, with a confirmed appearance at this year’s Coachella Festival—has released its second album! Their epic dance music, perfectly synchronized with stunning visuals, is set to shake up 2023! THEBLAZE is a French music duo consisting of cousins Jonathan and Guillaume. They are both music producers and video directors. Their debut track, “Virile,” was released in 2016. Since then, the duo has gone on to create remixes for artists such as the popular shoegaze pop band M83. Their second music video, “Territory,” premiered on the major media outlet The FADER and has since received widespread acclaim from numerous media outlets. They took the world by storm, winning the Grand Prix at the Cannes Lions—considered one of the world’s three major advertising awards—marking the first time a music video had ever received this honor, and taking home the Best Director award at the Berlin Music Video Awards. The Blaze began touring in early summer 2017. They have already served as the opening act for JUSTICE and performed at major festivals such as WayOutFest and Pitchfork Festival. In 2018, they kicked off their world tour, starting with Coachella in April. Their live performances are incredibly striking, blending music and visuals to embody their poetic charm. The boundless world of The Blaze has only just begun.
