SADE's 5th album "Lovers Rock" (2000), released 8 years after their last album, is now available in 2000 on analog vinyl with the latest remastered sound. After an eight-year hiatus, Sade, her band, and longtime producer Mike Pilla return with a full, soulful album that reaffirms her artistry in all its glory. The album features the hit single "By Your Side" and the album's first single, "I'm Not Your Friend. The album features the hit single "By Your Side" and 11 other tracks. The analog version to be released this time is 180g weight vinyl. The original analog studio tapes were transferred to a stereo master mix at Abbey Road Studios for a high-resolution digital transfer, and then cut to lacquer at half speed. The meticulous half-speed mastering process produced an extremely clean and detailed soundstage, while remaining true to Sherday's intended sound.By eliminating any extra digital limiting in the mastering process, the album achieves a clearer, purer reproduction, keeping the dynamic range of the original mix intact. The album covers are also accurately reproduced in fine detail using paper and printing techniques that are faithful to the originals.
