The Queen Elisabeth International Music Competition 2016 This box contains the performances of the top winners of the Queen Elisabeth International Music Competition 2016 in the piano section. The first prize winner, Lukas Vondracek, gives a wonderful performance of two concertos, and on CD 2 he performs a cadenza of his own composition in a Mozart concerto. CD4, De ZES / Les SIX, is a unique experiment by the Queen Elisabeth International Music Competition, in which six music education students will follow all the performances from the first round to the finals, and share their impressions and the atmosphere of the competition on Twitter and Facebook. The six music education students will follow their performances from the first round to the finals and report their impressions and the atmosphere of the performances on Twitter, Facebook, and the competition's homepage. The six students' performances, regardless of their rankings, were chosen by the judges. From Japan, Kana Okada's performance was selected.
