Tarras, the American hard rock band that world-famous rock bassist Billy Sheen was a member of before joining DAVID LEE ROTH BAND and MR. The band's first comeback in 40 years with a hard rockin', melody-laden studio album! Singer Phil Naro, who joined the band in 1984 with the live album "Live Speed On Ice", still delivers his lustrous vocals on this album, but passed away in 2021 due to cancer.
