Description:
Johannes Moser signs an exclusive contract with Pentatone! Finally, he recorded Dvorak with good support from Frusha and the Prague Philharmonia! SACD hybrid version. World-renowned cellist Johannes Moser has signed an exclusive contract with the PENTATONE label in the Netherlands! The first release is the long-awaited Dvorak and the Lalo concerto, which was the talk of the town during his visit to Japan in 2014. Moser, who regularly visits Japan, has many fans in Japan, and his hard-hitting, clear-cut performances are highly acclaimed. The Dvorak, Moser's eighteenth favorite, is a truly dense performance that makes you want to thank him for recording it well into his career. With good support from Jakub Hrusha, a talented musician of his generation, and the Prague Philharmonia, founded by Ilzy Bělohlávek in 1994, this is a masterful performance that brings us close to the essence of Dvořák's music.Lalo's cello concerto is also worth listening to. Lalo's masterpiece is the Spanish Symphony for violin, but the Cello Concerto, like the Spanish Symphony, also incorporates elements of Spanish folk music, and is a masterpiece with a distinctive folk flavor and beautiful orchestral technique. Moser is a fan of this work, which is full of light, crisp, powerful, and effective performances, and his enthusiastic performance at the NHK Symphony Orchestra's subscription concert in May 2014 was a hit. The performance was a hit. <Born in Munich in 1979, Moser began playing the cello at the age of eight and studied with David Geringas from 1997, winning the top prize at the 2002 Tchaikovsky Competition. He has performed with many prestigious orchestras and conductors around the world, and has a rich repertoire ranging from baroque to contemporary music. The tone produced by his beloved instrument, the 1694 Guarnerius, is full of deep resonance and passion, and his playing captivates the listener. With his outstanding playing technique and high expressive power, he is a cellist who is expected to become even more promising in the future. King International
