Comprised of vocalist/producer Andy and multi-instrumentalist/producer James, HONNE has always been about two people and the friendship between them. On their charming new album, playfully titled OUCH, they go back to their roots and deliver the melodic brilliance and heartbreaking songwriting that only HONNE can deliver.The film also touches on major changes in their own lives: Andy has become a father of two young children and struggles daily to contribute to his family life, and James has married his long-time partner. Commenting on the change in his life, Andy said, "The new album will be a great success with my kids. The new album is mostly about my kids. The album is about the wonderful things they bring to life. It's wonderful, but it can also be hurtful. For James, too, changes in his personal life have affected his creative process. He feels more "grounded" by his marriage and less afraid of criticism.
