This is the first CD release of a remastered, previously unreleased live recording made in Sweden shortly after the recording of the classic 1964 album "To Sweden With Love," which inspired trumpet and flugelhorn player Art Farmer to relocate to Europe. The quartet consists of Jim Hall (g), Steve Swallow (b), and Pete Laroca (ds), who were all active together during this period. This is a masterpiece of warm Farmer and Hall tones and superb improvisation on music by Gerry Mulligan, Dizzy Gillespie, and others.
