A 2011 reissue of a piece on Japan's nuclear power plant issues, inspired by the discovery in early February 2011 of an old photograph of the Mihama Nuclear Power Plant, located in a beautiful area near the ocean. While focusing on architecture, design, and localization, the work reflects questions about the safety of the facility from earthquakes, tsunamis, and other natural disasters that could occur due to the facility's coexistence with nature. This is a melancholy electronic work by the Norwegian master that foreshadows the future even without consulting it immediately after its completion.
