SILENT WINTER is a Greek melodic power metal band reminiscent of Keeper's HELLOWEEN, featuring singer Mike Rivas and leader/guitarist Kyriakos Balanos, who sings with a passionate high tone voice like Michael Kiske in the old days. The new release from SILENT WINTER! Here comes their third album after three and a half years since their last album "Empire Of Sins" released in 2021! Mike Rivas, who has been playing with PRYDAIN, a US power metal band featuring Bob Katsionis (OUTLOUD, ex-FIREWIND, etc.), Jonah Weingarten (PYRAMAZE), etc. in 2023, has been showing his strong vocals.The band's new album, "Utopia," features the strong twin guitars intertwined with his overwhelmingly powerful voice vocals, and the band has established an absolutely royal style. For "Utopia," Kyriakos wrote all the songs and lyrics, and was also in charge of the artwork. The recording was done at Kalovidoulis Sound & Light Studios in Varos, Greece, and mixed and mastered by Steve Rad, who has worked with SACRED OUTCRY, SUNBURST, and others. With this completed masterpiece, the band is now ready to go out into the world! Two bonus tracks are also included on the Japanese version!
