The music is composed by Shuhei Mutsuki, a composer active in anime, video games, and TV dramas. Story: Sakuya Oizuki is the son of a legendary detective. Though his skills as a detective fall far short of his father’s, he doesn’t let that bother him; he’s a half-baked high school detective who prefers low-key cases. Sakuya possesses a physical trait that ordinary people don’t have: he comes back to life every time he’s killed. And wherever he goes, he gets caught up in murder cases—only to be killed again. The one who always welcomes Sakuya’s resurrection—with his head resting on her lap—is his brilliant assistant, Liritea. “You’ve been killed again, haven’t you, Detective-sama?” “...I guess so.” A rule-breaking mystery in which he solves cases by literally risking his life—both as a detective and as a victim—is about to begin.
